A structured touring service where we handle the full booking and coordination of live shows across multiple cities, allowing artists to focus on performance while we manage the execution side.
This service is designed to secure venues, organize show flow, and manage logistics tied directly to each tour stop.
What This Service Includes:
- Booking of venues across selected cities
- Tour routing and scheduling coordination
- Show setup and performance planning
- Ticketing setup and event organization per location
- Full tour logistics coordination and communication with venues
- Overall tour management and execution support
Artist Responsibilities:
- Artists are responsible for arriving at each tour location on time
- Transportation, travel, and personal movement between cities (unless upgraded)
- Performance readiness and required show materials (music, set, etc.)
Optional Tour Add-Ons (Not Included in Base Package):
Available upon request with additional fees:
- Flights and air travel arrangements
- Ground transportation (cars, sprinters, etc.)
- Hotel accommodations
- Security services (local or touring security)
- Full tour marketing & promotional campaigns per city
- VIP production upgrades (stage design, lighting, media coverage)
Important Note:
This is a tour booking and management service, not a fully all-inclusive travel package.
If artists require additional support such as travel, lodging, security, or expanded production needs, additional fees will be added and adjusted based on tour scale and requirements to ensure proper execution.
